Opportunity

Problem

In the USA alone, it is estimated that the mining industry generates in excess of $111Billion (USD) annually. While supplying over 1,026,000 indirect jobs (and 537,000 of those are direct mining industry jobs) However, due to mining itself being inherently an extraction process, the prolonged sustainability of mines leads to a world of deeper mines, more complex ore bodies, rising energy costs, social and geopolitical risks, infrastructure shortages and resource nationalism.

As ore grades decline, production costs for each ounce or ton go up significantly. And if these technical issues are not modeled accurately through the entire lifespan of the mine, the cash flow prediction comes under significant risk.

Solution

Agmines provides a full suite of technical services to all types of industries, meaning our clients do not have to shop around in an attempt to find different suppliers for each of their technical requirements.

Our proven multi-disciplinary approach is inherent to our ability to service our clients faster and more efficiently than any other competitor. And it also allows us to provide a higher level of accuracy in our statistical analysis models.

Market

The mining market consists of sales of minerals, metals and other valuable materials such as sand and gravel, coal and stone extracted from the earth crust by entities (organizations, sole traders and partnerships) that undertake the process of extraction.

The global mining market is also expected to grow from $1641.67 billion in 2020 to $1845.55 billion in 2021, at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.4%. Which is ahead of most global industries.
It is very evident that the mining industry as a whole is here to stay and will not be impacted negatively in the near future.

Competition

Due to the lucrative mining market, there are already a crop of players in the existing market. These players currently offer a limited set of services (compared to our offering), due to their inability to secure experienced resources.

And for the most part, they have not/do not keep up with the advances in technology, needed to stay competitive.

Roadmap

Our future endeavors are around developing new systems and software that are more intuitive to use and also addresses the specific needs of the mining industry. As example, we will explore Geotech engineering, Surveying Equipment, Drones, GPS and Specialized Mining software.
